In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Act No. 13 of 2019), the Governor hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2020, as the which the following sections of the said Act come into force, namely:-

(1) Section 4 to 7 (both inclusive);

(2) Section 9, 10, 12, 13, 22 and 23.
