In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 5 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2019, made vide in this dapartment's notification No. F A-3-29-2019-l-V(60), State Tax, dated the 7th August, 2019, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 2020, as the date from which the provisions of the said rule, shall come into force.
