In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 5 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019, issued in the notification vide G.O. Ms. No. 363, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) Department, Dated. 19.08.2019, the Government Andhra Pradesh on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 2020, as the date from which the provisions of the said rule, shall come into force.
