In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.5 of 2005), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the Schedule-VI of the said Act.

These Amendments shall be deemed to have come into force with effect on and from 10-09-2018.

AMENDMENTS

In the said schedule, in the table,

1 in column No.(4) rate of tax, against item No.2, Petrol, for the figures, percentage and words "31% + Rs.4/- per litre" the figures, percentage and words "31% + Rs.2/- per litre" shall be substituted.

2 in column No.(4) rate of tax, against item No.5, All kinds of Diesel Oils including C-9, for the figures, percentage and words "22.25% + Rs.4/- per litre", the figures, percentage and words "22.25% + Rs.2/- per litre" shall be substituted.
