In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 5 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Thirtieth Amendment) Rules, 2019, made vide notification no. KA.NI- 2-1168/XI-9(42)/17-U.P.GST Rules-2017-Order-(49)-2019 dated the 6th August, 2019 the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 2020, as the date from which the provisions of the said rule, shall come into force.
