In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Act No.19 of 2019), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint the 1st day of January, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 to 21, except section 2, section 7, section 10 and sections 13 to 20 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Act No.19 of 2019), shall come into force.
