In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 5 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019, made vide notification No.F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2019, dated the 1 July, 2019, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 1270, dated the 1st July, 2019, the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 2020, as the date from which the provisions of the said rule, shall come into force.
