In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3 A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule II appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely

AMENDMENT

In Schedule II appended to the said Act, after the existing serial number 80 and entries thereto, the following new serial number 81 and entries thereto shall be added, namely:-

Registered dealers selling High Speed Diesel to manufacturers and works contractors registered under the Rajasthan Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017)
