In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of Section 20 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F. A-3-40-2018-1-V-(64) dated 27th September, 2019. namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in para 1 and in para 2 for the word and figure "30th September, 2019", the word and figure "30th November, 2019" and for the word and figure "30th November, 2019" the word and figure "31st January, 2020" shall be substituted.
