In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to the sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government, oh the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in this department's notification No. F-A-3-24-2017-1 -FIVE (49) dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, in the table after SI. No. 2 and the entries thereto, the following SI. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: -

This notification shall deemed to have come into effect on the 1st day of October, 2019.
