(a) Corrigendum to Order No. 05/WBGST/PRO dated 27.09.2019:

In column (3) against serial number 34 in the Table of the above order 'Joint Commissioner' should be read as 'Sr. Joint Commissioner'.

(b) In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (3) of section 5 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben Act XXVIII of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), read with clause (8) of section 2 of the said Act and rules made thereunder, following modifications are made in the Table of Order No. 05/WBGST/PRO dated 27.09.2019, with immediate effect:

(i) Entries in column (2), (3) and (4) against serial numbers 32, 50 and 51 are substituted as under:
