WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied it is expedient so to do in public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to the sub-sections (1) of section 10 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 06 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Governor on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 284/2019/4(120)/XXVII(8)/2019 CT-14 dated 9th April, 2019, namely:-

In the said notification, in the table, after SI. No. 2 and the entries thereto, the following SI No. and entries shall be inserted, namely: -

Aerated Water";

2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st October, 2019.
