In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government here by appoints the 24 day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of rules (ix), (x), (xi) and (xxv) of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019 [Issued in GO.MS.NO. 363, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) Department, Dated 19.08.2019], shall come into force.
