In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government hereby appoints the 24th day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of rules 10, 11, 12 and 26 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019 [The State Government, in the Commercial Tax Department, Notification No. 31/2019-State Tax, No. F-10-24/2019/CT/V(55), dated the 28th June, 2019 published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 245, dated the 1st July, 2019] shall come into force.
