In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 21 of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in this departments notification No. F-10-46/2018/CT/V (76), dated 04.09.2018, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification,-

1. For the figures, words and punctuation "31st December 2019", the figures, words and punctuation "31st March, 2020" shall be substituted.
