In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in this departments notification No. F A-3-26-2019-l -V-(53) dated the 29th June, 2019, namely:-

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in the proviso, for the figures, letters and words"31st day of July, 2019",the figures, letters and word, "31st day of August, 2019" shall be substituted

2. This notification shall deemed to have come into effect from dated 29th July, 2019.
