In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Goa Act 4 of 2017), the Government of Goa hereby appoints the 24th day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of rules 10, 11, 12 and 26 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019 [notification No. 38/1/2017 Fin (R&C) (105)/3058, dated 3rd July, 2019, published in the Extraordinary Official Gazette, Series I No. 13, dated 3rd July, 2019], shall come into force.

2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 2019.
