In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), the Governor is pleased hereby to appoint the 24th day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of rules 10, 11, 12 and 26 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019 [notification No. 1090 F.T., dated the 28th June, 2019, published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, Part I, dated the 28th June, 2019], shall come into force.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force on the 24th day of September, 2019.
