In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government hereby appoints the 24th day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of rules 10, 11, 12 and 26 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019 [this department's notification No. F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt,IV-20, dated the 28th June, 2019] shall come into force.
