In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 6 of 2017), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, on the recommendations of the Council and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Puducherry, Commercial Taxes Secretariat issued vide G.O. Ms. No. 35, dated the 5th August, 2019, published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary Part-I, No. 129, dated the 5th August, 2019, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "21st day of June, 2019" the figures, letters and words "21st day of August, 2019" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have been issued on the 21st day of June, 2019.
