In exercise of the powers under sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (XLIII of 2017) the Government of Maharashtra hereby amends, the Government Notification of Finance Department No. MGST.1017/C.R.146/ Taxation-1, dated the 7th September 2017, published in Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part-IV-B, Extra-ordinary No.273, dated the 7th September, 2017, namely :-

In the said notification, for the Sr. No. (b) the following shall be substituted, namely-

"(b) Shri Ramesh Chander-Commissioner GST, Mumbai, Government of India. "
