In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (10 of 2017), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, is pleased to make the following further amendments in the notification of Government of Himachal Pradesh, No.22/2019- State Tax, dated the 30th May, 2019, published in the Gazette of Himachal Pradesh, vide number EXN-F(10)-4/2019, dated the 3rd June, 2019, namely:-

(i) In the said notification, for the figurers, letters and words "21st day of August, 2019", the figures, letters and word, "21th day of November, 2019" shall be substituted.

(ii) This notification shall come into force with effect from 21st August, 2019.
