In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. Act XXVIII of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, is pleased hereby to make the following further amendment in this Department Notification No. 681-F.T., dated the 23rd April, 2019, published in the Kolkata Gazette, Extraordinary, Part I:-

Amendment

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "21st day of August, 2019" the figures, letters and words "21st day of November, 2019" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force on the 20th August, 2019.
