In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No.9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Tripura, Finance Department, No. F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2019, dated the 25th April, 2019, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 850, dated the 25th April, 2019, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "21st day of June, 2019" the figures, letters and word "21st day of August, 2019" shall be substituted.
