In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017), the Government of Maharashtra, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government Notification of the Finance Department, No. GST-1019/C.R. 61/Taxation-1, [Notification No. 22/2019- State Tax], dated the 24th April, 2019, was published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part IV-B, Extra-ordinary No. 132, dated the 25th April 2019, namely :-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "21st day of June 2019" the figures, letters and word "21st day of August 2019" shall be substituted.
