In exercise of the power conferred by Section 164 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government hereby appoints the 21st day of November, 2019, as the date from which the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Amendment Rules, 2018 rule 12 of [this department notification No. F A-3-05-2019-1-V(28), dated the 7th March, 2019], shall come into force.
