In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the rules framed there under, I, H. Rajesh Prasad, Commissioner (Trade & Taxes} Delhi, do hereby assign the functions under Section 70 of the Delhi Goods & Services Tax Act, 2017 to be performed under this Act by a Proper Officer as defined in clause (91) of section 2, to all the Special Commissioners, Additional Commissioners, Joint Commissioners, Assistant Commissioners and Goods and Services Tax Officers of this department.
