In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017(Guj 25 of 2017), the Government of Gujarat, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the Government Notification, Finance Department No. (GHN-44)GSTR-2019/S.164(41 )TH dated the 24th April, 2019, Notification No.22/2019- State Tax, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "21st day of June, 2019", the figures, letters and words "21st day of August, 2019" shall be substituted.

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 21st day of June, 2019.
