WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 06 of 2017) and the provision mentioned at serial no. 1(2) of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Fourteenth amendment) Rules, 2018, the Governor is pleased to allow to appoint the 21st day of November, 2019, as the date from which the provisions mentioned at serial no. 12 of notification No. 95/2019/14(120)/XXVII(8)/2018/CT-74 dated 24 January, 2019 of the Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8, shall come into force.
