Notification No. 37 /2018-Customs (N.T), F.No. 437/02/2017-Cus IV, Dated, 11th May, 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 17/2017-Customs (N.T.) dated 3rd March , 2017 published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number S.O.723(E), dated the 3rd March, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, the table and the entries mentioned therein shall be replaced and read as under:-
