In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Exports), Jawahar Custom House, Nhava Sehva to act as common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the Commissioner of Customs, (Exports), New Customs House, New Delhi, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Raj Mahal Bhinder and Others, LG-1, Harsha Bhawan, E-13/29, Middle Circle, Cannauht Place, new Delhi issued, vide, F.No. 23/79/2005-DZU/RMB/4496 to 4527 dated the 23rd August, 2006 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, 6th Floor, B-4, Paryanvarn Bhawan, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110003.
