In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government hereby appoints the 21st day of November, 2019, as the date from which the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Twenty-Eighth) Amendment Rules, 2018 rule (xi) of G.O.Ms.No.80 Rev.(CT-II) Dept. Dt.31-01-2019, shall come into force.
