In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Commissioner hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 66/2018-State Tax, dated the 24th January, 2019, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 9, dated the 24th January, 2019, namely:-

In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters "the 31st day of January, 2019", the words, figures and letters "the 28th day of February, 2019" shall be substituted.

2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from 31st January, 2019.
