Subject: Order for delegation of powers for provisional attachment of property as per provisions of section 83 of HGST Act, 2017.

I, Amit Kumar Agrawal, Excise and Taxation Commissioner-cum-Commissioner of State Tax, Haryana, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under sub section (3) of section 5 of the Haryana Goods and Services lax Act, 2017, hereby delegate the powers under the section mentioned in column 2 of the table given below and rules framed there under, to perform the functions under this Act as described in corresponding entries in column 3 of the said table to the officers mentioned in the corresponding entries in column 4 of the table subject to the condition that the functions hereby assigned shall be performed only within their jurisdiction unless specific jurisdiction is mentioned there against.
