In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 and Section 3-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) and in supersession of this department's notification Nos:-

(1) F-A-3-54-2016-l-V-(5) Bhopal, the 16th February, 2017

(2) F-A-3-54-2016-1-V-(45) Bhopal, the 16th May, 2018

(3) F-A-3-18-2018-1 -V-(52) Bhopal, the 15th June, 2018

the State Government hereby, appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below, as Appellate Authority for the area specified in column (3) and confers the powers to dispose off the appeal cases pending or arising under section 46 of the said act in the area. This responsibility shall be in addition to his present responsibilities:-
