In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest, so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification number F.12(72)FD/Tax/2017-82 dated 06.09.2017, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification, the existing clauses a and b and entries thereto shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

"a. Sh. Pramod Kumar Singh, Principal Commissioner, CGST & C. Ex., Jaipur, CBIC, Rajasthan, as an Officer of the Central Government,

b. Sh. Ramesh Chand Lakhotia, Additional Commissioner (MEA and Tax Compliance), Commercial Taxes Department, Rajasthan, as an Officer of State Government"
