In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this departments notification No. F-l 0-63/2018/CT/V (104), dated 10.12.2018, namely

AMENDMENT

In the said notification,-

1. For the figures and punctuation "31-03-2019", wherever they occur the figures and punctuation "30-06-2019" shall be substituted.

2. For the figures and punctuation "30-06-2019", wherever they occur the figures and punctuation "30-11-2019" shall be substituted.
