In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (No.2 of 2019), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (No.2 of 2019), except clause (b) section 10, Section 19, section 20, clause (a) of section 22, shall come into force.
