In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (Ordinance No. 1 of 2019), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st day of February, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 (Ordinance No. 1 of 2019), except clause (b) of section 10, section 22, section 23, clause (b) of section 25 and Section 48, shall come into force.
