In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017), the Government of Maharashtra, hereby amends with effect from 31st October 2018 the Government Notification, Finance Department, No. MGST. 1017/CR 193/Taxation-1, dated the 24th October 2017, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Extra-ordinary, Part IV-B, No. 352, dated the 24th October 2017, as follows, namely :-

In the said notification, for Sr. No. (2), the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"(2) Shri. B. Timothy, Additional Commissioner of Central Tax."
