In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 6 of 2017), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Government of Puducherry, Commercial Taxes Secretariat Notification issued in G.O. Ms. No. 8/2017-Puducherry GST (Rate), dated the 29th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary Part-I, No. 95, dated the 29th June, 2017, last amended vide notification issued in G.O. Ms. No. 10/2018-Puducherry GST (Rate), dated the 28th March, 2018, published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary Part-I, No. 43, dated the 28th March, 2018, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 2018", the figures, letters and words "30th day of September, 2018" shall be substituted.
