Body Notification No. SRO-304, Dated, 10th July, 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Jammu and Kashmir Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. V of 2017), the State Government, on their recommendations of the Council hereby makes the following further amendments in the SRO-GST-4 dated 08.07.2017; namely:-

after S. No. 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted; namely: -

The notification shall deemed to have come into force with effect from 28th day of May, 2018.
