In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, namely: -

1. Short title and commencement.-

(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (Seventh Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 12th day of June, 2018.

2. Amendment of rule 129.-

In rule 129 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, hereinafter referred to as the said rules, for the existing expression "Director General of Safeguards", wherever occurring, the expression "Director General of Anti-profiteering" shall be substituted,

3. Amendment of rule 130.-

In sub-rule (2) of rule 130 of the said rules, for the existing expression "Director General of Safeguards", wherever occurring, the expression "Director General of Anti-profiteering" shall be substituted,

4. Amendment of rule 131.-

In rule 131 of the said rules, for the existing expression "Director General of Safeguards", the expression "Director General of Anti-profiteering" shall be substituted.

5. Amendment of rule 132.-

In sub-rule (1) of rule 132 of the said rules, for the existing expression "Director General of Safeguards", the expression "Director General of Anti-profiteering" shall be substituted.

6. Amendment of rule 133.-

In rule 133 of the said rules, for the existing expression "Director General of Safeguards", wherever occurring, the expression "Director General of Anti-profiteering" shall be substituted.
