Whereas, the State Government considers that the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Vritti Kar Niyam, 1995 Should be made :

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Madhya Pradesh Vritti Kar Adhiniyam, 1995 (No. 16 of 1995), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Vritti Kar Niyam,1995, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In the said rules -
1.	after rule 12, the following rule shall be inserted, namely:-
	"12-A.The returns required to be furnished, may be furnished by an employer or person through internet or any other electronic device, in accordance with such procedure and accompanied by such processing fee, as may be notified by the State Government."
2.	after sub-rule (2) of rule 15, the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely:-
	"(3) The tax or any other amount may be deposited through internet. The provisions of sub-rule (6) of rule 37 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Niyam, 2006 shall apply mutatis mutandis to such payment."
3.	In form I ,-
	(i)	in serial No.6, for the words and figures "Vanijyik Kar Adhiniyam,1994", the words and figures "Vat Adhiniyam, 2002" shall be substituted.
	(ii)	In serial No. 6(a), for the words "Vanijyik Kar Adhiniyam", the words "Vat Adhiniyam" shall be substituted.
4.	In form III ,-
	(i)	in serial No.9, for the words and figures "Vanijyik Kar Adhiniyam,1994", the words and figures "Vat Adhiniyam, 2002" shall be substituted.
	(ii)	In serial No. 9(a), for the words "Vanijyik Kar Adhiniyam", the words "Vat Adhiniyam" shall be substituted.
