In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of Section 20 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No.20 of 2002), the State Government hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No.F. A-3-92-2017-I-V-(164), dated 30th December 2017 read with Notification No. F-A-3-92-2017-1-V (49), dated 31st May, 2018, namely:-

In the said Notification, for the figure and word "15th June, 2018", the figure and word "25th June, 2018" shall be substituted.
