Specification of Proper Officer under various provisions of DGST Act. 2017.

In exercise of the power conferred upon me by sub-section (1) of section 5 read with clause (91) of section 2 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2U17 and the rules framed there-under, 1 do hereby assign the functions under section 129 and 130 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 to be performed under this Act by a Proper Officer as defined in clause (91) of section 2 to all the Assistant Commissioners and Goods and Services Tax Officers of this department.
