In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) sub-rule 14 of Rule 138 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (herein after referred to as the "said Rules"), the Commissioner on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification-2/2018 of the Government of Nagaland, Office of the Commissioner of State Taxes, Nagaland; Dimapur NO.CT/LEG/GST-NT/12/17/1743 dated the 09th February, 2018, namely:-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "1st day of June, 2018" and "31st day of May, 2018", shall be substituted by the figures, letters and words "30th day of April, 2018" and "29th day of April, 2018" respectively.
