In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Assam Act No. XXVIII of 2017), the Governor of Assam, hereby rescinds, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission, the notification of the Government of Assam in the Finance (Taxation) Department No. FTX.56/2017 Pt-Il/99 dated the 1st February. 2018, published in the Assam Gazette Extraordinary vide number 37 dated the 2nd February, 2017,

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force from the 2nd day of February. 2018.
