In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the Governor of Haryana hereby appoints the 1st day of April, 2018, as the date from which the provisions of rule 3 [except clause (7)] and rules 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, notification No. 33/ST-2, dated the 15th March, 2018, shall come into force.
