In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 20 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F A 3-92/2017/1 V (164) dated 30-12-2017. namely:

Amendment

In the said notification, for the figure and word 31st March 2018 for Assistant Commissioner-Commercial Tax, Commercial Tax officer and Assistant Commercial Tax Officer", the figure and word "31st May, 2018 for Assistant Commissioner-Commercial Tax, Commercial tax officer and Assistant Commercial Tax Officer", shall be substituted.
